Indications:
Triokit is indicated for the eradication of H. pylori in active chronic gastric, duodenal and gastric ulcers
Triokit is indicated for the eradication of H. pylori in active chronic gastric, duodenal and gastric ulcers
Mode of Action:
Lansoprazole suppresses gastric acid secretion by inhibiting the gastric H+/K+-ATPase at the secretory surface of the gastric parietal cell. Amoxicillin acts by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls. It inhibits cross-linkage between the linear peptidoglycan polymer chains that make up a major component of the cell walls of both Gram-positive and Gram-negative bacteria. Clarithromycin acts by inhibiting microsomal protein synthesis in susceptible organisms mainly by binding to the donor site on the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome and preventing translocation to that site.
